How does explaining why the output is needed change what the AI produces?
Description
The same paper might be written to teach participants, advise a public authority, attract investors, support research design, or stimulate public debate. Without a declared use, the model must infer the purpose. Stating the decision or learning purpose gives the answer a direction and a criterion of relevance.
A destination management organisation is preparing a strategic discussion with municipalities and tourism businesses. Some stakeholders consider beauty subjective and economically irrelevant. Others argue that attractive landscapes, architecture, public spaces, and tourism facilities create measurable economic value. The paper will provide the conceptual basis for deciding whether aesthetic quality should become an explicit destination investment criterion. Write a paper on the economic value of beauty in tourism.
Expected impact
Clarifying the purpose steers reasoning toward a use. The model no longer describes for description's sake: it organises the argument with a view to decision, learning, or action.
Purpose tells AI what the answer is for and therefore what usefulness means.
