4. Instruction I - Specifying the task

How does replacing a vague instruction with a precise task change the result?
Description
The verb " write" specifies an output but barely specifies the work required to produce it. The model still chooses whether to describe, explain, compare, evaluate, defend, or critique. A task instruction should name the intellectual work, not only the document type.
Write an analytical paper explaining how beauty can create economic value in tourism. Identify the principal mechanisms through which aesthetic qualities influence tourist behaviour, destination competitiveness, willingness to pay, investment, and local value creation.
Expected impact
Specifying the instruction turns a vague request into an identifiable operation. The answer becomes structured around mechanisms and relations to establish, rather than a juxtaposition of themes.
A useful instruction names the operation that must be performed, not only the artefact that must be produced.
